California Home Spas & Patio

I have been searching for quality patio furniture for several years. Fortunately, while servcing my Honda on Spring Street in Long Beach I noticed that across the street there was a California Home Spas and Patio outlet. Last summer I purchased stainless steel equipment for my barbecue island; the service and knowledge of the salesman was well above board, and the quality of equipment; i.e. outdoor refrigerator, stainless steel drawers and cabinets were impeccable. Several weeks ago, I purchased table chairs, and bar stools; as expected the sales person was forthright honest. Yesterday, the product was delivered, professionaly set up by the deliverymen, and high standard quality for which will be enjoyed by years. I highly recommend this store for service and furniture, patio equipment made in USA.

We own a Hot Springs Grandee spa, which we purchased from another dealer.  We have purchased various parts from California Home Spas and have found the sales people to be informed and helpful.  They also price matched a lower price that we had found elsewhere.  

Today, the owner spent much of the morning trying to help us by phone to troubleshoot and fix a problem that we're currently having with the spa so that we could avoid the cost of a service call.  Unfortunately, we weren't successful, but the owner gets 5-stars for "above and beyond" customer service (especially given the fact that we didn't originally purchase the spa from him and another company does the service).

We just had our Spa delivered today, Yay!

Our experience with California Home Spas was a pleasure from the first visit to the showroom, to delivery. They are very nice, informed and helpful.
We even asked them to hold the spa for us (2 weeks) after our purchase so we could have our back yard remodel completed first.

Upon Delivery, one of the guys thoroughly explained how everything works, how to use the provided chemicals, and recommendations.

We expect to enjoy our new spa for years to come. I do not hesitate to steer you in their direction.

Everything about our experience with California Home Spas and Patio was GREAT!! The salesman Scott Rickett, who was NOT a "hard sell" kind of guy, to the site inspection, to the delivery, everything was very professional and beyond expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a spa. I'm not sure who "Jeff" is, but I must not have dealt with him.
